Terms of service

1. The service
Indiade is a store and arcade for independent games. Games are published by developers who are responsible for their content.
2. Fees
Publishing is free. On paid games Indiade keeps a 15% commission; the developer (team) receives 85%. Revenue from ads on the site belongs to Indiade. Paid promotion is always labelled “Sponsored”.
3. Content & moderation
Illegal content, malware and copyright infringement are prohibited. Every build is virus-scanned. Content can be reported with the “Report” button (DSA notice & action).
4. Reviews
Only players who downloaded or played a game may review it.
